Happy Birthday Peanut!!! We can't belive how fast the past 5 years have gone! You have grown up so fast right in front of our eyes! We are so very proud of the big man you have become!!! We love you so much P!

You have grown so much over the past 5 years. What was once a tiny, tiny baby has turned into a tall, sweet, amazing, hilarious little man!
Some of your most favorite things…Star Wars, Toy Story, SpiderMan, tying strings around everything. You love to draw and boy, are you amazing at it! You always include the finest of details and you like to draw so tiny (you are just like your Daddy!). You have learned to ride your bike, and actually learned to love it (even when you fall off, you are getting braver and hop back on…after a small break!)! You also are awesome at your scooter, but we need to remind you to wear your helmet! You are so good at playing with your sis and the 2 of you have the most incredible imaginations! You are an outstanding big bro to your baby sis and help to take care of her, make her smile/laugh! In school, you love your teacher, Mrs. TeKippe & Mrs. Buck. You are so kind to your friends and listen to directions the first time. You can write your name (since you were 3 yr old), but now you do it the “Kindergarten way!” you are trying to sound out every word and spell it (and you are very good at the beginning, most vowel sounds, and some of the middle sounds), when you read you look at the beginning sounds and make a guess of what the word is. When Mommy helps you to slow down and search through the word, you are able to decode the sounds and build the word (50% of the time).
We are blown away at how much you know and have learned in your short 5 years! We can’t wait to see how much you grow over the next year!
